Terms of Use

Overview

RelayDesk provides information about AI phone-agent services for small businesses. By using this website, calling the demo line, or contacting RelayDesk, you agree to these terms.

Demo and marketing materials

The website and demo line are provided for informational and evaluation purposes. They are intended to help you understand the service, not to create a client relationship by themselves.

No guarantee of fit or availability

RelayDesk does not guarantee that every business will be accepted as a client or that every workflow can be supported. Service is offered only when both parties agree in writing on scope, pricing, and responsibilities.

Text and call consent

By calling or texting RelayDesk, you consent to communications related to your inquiry, including follow-up texts or calls. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.

No warranties

The website, demo materials, and pre-sales information are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RelayDesk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website, demo line, or pre-sales materials.

Separate client agreements

If you become a RelayDesk client, the actual service relationship will be governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, or service contract that controls over this page.
